Sean Seifried
President
Sean is a third generation employee at ESC. He started working for the company during the summers starting at age 16. After studying Business at Florida State University he came back to ESC and managed a strip mall under construction in St. Petersburg. He decided to further his education and knowledge of construction by attending the M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida obtaining a Master’s of Building Construction. After completing his internship and degree he went to work for one of the largest builders in SW Florida in Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction Co. Inc. working on multi-million dollar government projects. He decided to join ESC and carry on the family tradition of successful General Contractors.
Brett Hazelwood
Project Manager
Brett is a native Floridian who grew up in the Tampa Bay area. Growing up he spent summers working for his dad who owned a construction company in Tampa. He graduated from the University of South Florida with his bachelor’s in business management. On his free time, he enjoys fishing and hunting throughout the state of Florida.
Hunter Norris

“I’ve lived in the Tampa Bay Area since 2009, my parents both worked construction, building hotels, and I grew up on Jobsites all over the Southeastern United States.
I’ve been working in the Industry since I was 16, and have worked continuously in it, in both the public and private sector.”
